What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We want to ensure that our shipping times are clear and you have the right expectations when purchasing items with us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your Order starts making moves. Send us a note as soon as possible at hello@wherecanibuythatunicorn.com, however we cannot guarantee your order can be cancelled once confirmed by our supplier or shipped.  

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. In some cases, the manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–45 business days. Most orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Is the Store checkout process secure?

Yes, our website is protected with the most secure encryption available. Your privacy is important to us, and this encryption ensures that your information stays private, safe, and secure.

Orders and Returns

How can I return my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 30 business days for parcels, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at hello@wherecanibuythatunicorn.com.

Do I need an account to place an order?

The account is optional but creating a customer account allows you to: easily access your current order details and history, store multiple shipping and billing addresses, and save payment information allowing faster checkouts in future.
